I am watching scene by scene 2nd time … though I am a Netflix viewer so waiting for last 3 eps… but rewatching makes me realize TXW is tremendous.. she has aced every scene… I think first time I was concentrating on ZLH and overall but now find her fantastic… every expression is done so well … angst love comic action all scenes are done well … I have not come to tragic part yet.. in rewatching … congratulations to TXW … great work

Me too - never bothered with historicals because of the makeup, hair and flying people... but Prisoner of Beauty was my first which I liked, and this is my 2nd... this has taken my breath away... I have watched ZLH modern dramas but none allured me like this... I had watched some eps of New Life begins but that felt boring too.

I loved the first 24 episodes then it went downhill and off a cliff, in the last 5 episodes they crawled back…
I agree it dipped for few eps especially, but now it has caught up and now I feel maybe those filler eps were needed.
