No problem🙂. We know that it's coming after the SOP so if it's 10/30 like the latest rumour says then it'll broadcast at the end of next month or December.
What matters most is that we find a good TV spot anyways.

They changed it and it's not coming in mid October anymore but last week of October or 10/30 the latest rumour.
We all know that brocade Odyssey is coming after which means that the airing date will be end of November or December I think.

Also why do I feel like Brocade Odyssey is now coming at the end of November? Not 11/11 or 11/14 likesome of us thought.
Sorry for mentioning the other drama but it is lowkey relevant here. Story of pearl is now rumored to broadcast on October 30th (It is trending on X) instead of the original 10/13 or 10/14 rumour . It usually takes a C drama 3/4 weeks once it airs and I doubt Youku is going to broadcast BA at the middle of November when that other drama is ongoing so I think that Brocade Odyssey will air once that drama ends which places it at the end of November or beginning of December.

In an industry where it's all about popularity and followers , traffic, she manages to stand out and leave her mark regardless.
I am just glad that she is not underrated anymore and people have come to really appreciate her over the years.

It is a lovely sentiment but dont feel pressured to send flowers or feel bad for not being able to do so. Contributing here on her page by commenting on her drama pages, rating her dramas....matters if you are a fan.

Supposedly November. Story of pearl is currently trending on X and it is because it is now broadcasting at the end of October; October 30th to be exact. Now I am confused and wonder if BA will now be coming at the end of November because originally the other drama was supposed to broadcast at the middle of October.
I doubt youku will put their dramas back to back immediately like this so I am thinking that since Story of Pearl now broadcast at the end of this month and it is usually 3/4 weeks so BA will probably be coming at the end of November. I guess we'll see.

We can agree to disagree. Someone who was supposedly so smart wouldn't have made so many reckless and stupid decisions like he did. I can understand 1 or 2 but there was just one too many here. Just my opinion.

It is my opinion. Yes you can care about your friend or about your "lover" but he was doing it at the detriment of his own self. Also he was too reckless and stupid for someone who was supposedly so smart.

The second female who went all psycho was crazy but she was right in the sense that both of these girls actually didn't care for him like that. One was making fun of him BTS for being such a pushover and the one that he was supposedly dating was seeing x or y. What happened to them was horrible but I don't understand why the ML was so hung up on them. He was living in delulu land.

A romantic affection or even true friendship has to be reciprocal and in this case it wasn't. It's only him being hung on them. Sure they appreciated him as a friend but not to the extent he did and the one who he apparently had his eyes on was seeing other people behind his back. Just stupid.

I see people comparing this to other great recent crime dramas but this one falls below the par imo.

Even Blind that annoyed me because I figured out pretty easily who was the killer is better imo.

The acting from everyone here is outstanding 👏👏👏 but I can't get over how the ML was portrayed. It kinds of ruined the drama for me.
Also portraying the 2nd FL as a crazy psycho girl feels so played out and lazy because they could've done something better with her character.


The writing could've and should've been better.

Go jun is only my favorite person and the best part of this drama. He was a revelation 👏👏.

Yup I know his ways 😂😂😂. I'm a fan of XK as well and even I'm not a big fan of him lol. I don't think most of his fans are 💀💀.
Recently Bailu and wxy fans banded together to unfollow him or block him because of the marketing he started to pull for their rumoured drama 💀💀😂😂😂.

Tsy is so unproblematic though and gets along with everybody so the fact that they are cool is just a testament of the kind of person she is.

Well he did imply that he has no problems with them working together again ; in fact he would love it ( he replied something of the sort to fans on Weibo when ABAY was airing ). He did also imply that the ball was on her court.
And knowing TSY, it really is because she rarely works with the same ML so if another collaboration doesn't happen no matter how successful/popular this pairing was/is it's on her side.

Since they obviously get along really well ( which is funny because he seems to have a beef with a lot of people in the industry 💀💀💀) hopefully Yu Zheng convince Seven to work in another drama with Xu Kai in the future 😁😁.

A big pet peeve of mine is anyone touching anything at the scene of the crime or what could be considered evidence with no gloves. Ughhhhhh 😒😒😒. If you don't have gloves at least get a tissue of paper or cloth to touch it?

How can you be so smart and not know that ? The way the ML was touching the victim 's bag from 10 years ago and the phone ....all I could think of how he's contaminating the evidence 😤😤😤

I'm annoyed that the ML almost has this martyr complex where he only seems to be living for these 2 girls and finding out who killed them which is great but he doesn't seem to have any pity for himself who spent all these years judged, slapped, insulted, punched, called all kinds of names because of this wrongful conviction. He cares so much about them which is great but his n1 purpose for investigating this should even be about restoring his family's name of his name....the show keeps telling us that he's doing this mostly for these girls.....ok

Also when they do flashbacks one of them seemed really nice to him but the other one thought that he was lame and almost stalkerish. Of course it's horrible what happened to them but I don't think that one of the girls had him on such high esteem as much as he had her.

Does this drama has 14 or 16 episodes? I've started binge watching it yesterday. I'm on episode 6.

My critique so far. It won't get a 10 from me and depending on the ending it might not even get a 9.

There's no need for the director to keep recapping 5-10 min every new episode 😒😒😒. I find it so annoying. It's as if they're trying to do whatever to extend it to over 1 hour 😒😒😒....I didn't mind the running time but my issue is the recapping

Too many flashbacks. We get it. There is no need to throw so many flashbacks.

Too many one dimensional side characters so far.

The acting is incredible from everyone no complaints there👏👏👏👏👏
