As much as I love this show, I've to realize that they highkey threw Seven 's character to the wolves in with their break up😅😅. Like I'm rewatching it and I still can't believe that people were blaming her mostly for the break up 💔 and didn't try to understand where she was coming from 😅😅. They spent a lot of times showing how Han Ting was sad, depressed after the break up, thus painting him in a more sympathetic light yet Seven 's (jixing) viewpoint surrounding the break up didn't get a much favorable light. Again imo BOTH were responsible for the break up but the show made Han Ting character much more sympathetic to the audience when he was completely different in the book.

She won best actress at the CCTV awards last year with it and it's 1 of her dramas that did well ratings wise so I dont personally think that it's underrated.

I keep telling y'all. A lot of people who downrate this drama are doing it out of spite 😒😒..They wanted their fave to have this role or are mad that she didn't get this role with XK.. Like I said, anyways, we move🤷🤷🥱🥱🥱 I'll never forget how this drama aired on July 2nd and a few people gave it a 6 rating when the drama just started 🙃🙃🙃. And what chemistry? Most people think that this is her best chemistry yet, even for Xu Kai.
Hope that iqyi will really promote this drama. It has the potential to become a huge blockbuster next year 🤞🤞🤞. I hope that they do one reality show like they did for the cast of story of kunning palace last year.

I still think that it's a miracle how master of my own reasonably did well. There was literally no promo for that drama 🙃🙃🙃. Youku sucks at promoting their dramas 😒😒. Even Dilraba latest drama with them was barely promoted.
I think that it's best that it releases in September or October. Also obtaining the broadcasting license doesn't mean that it'll immediately air. ABAY obtained it last year if I'm not mistaken but it actually took forever it seems like for it to air. Rumours say September.

It's so silly. I guess that's the only thing her detractors can come up with..they can't come for her acting, talent.....they have to say that she sucks at doing skinship scenes 🙄🙄🙄. I feel like they saw 1 or 2 scenes of a drama she did in the past and stuck with it. Some of these dramas bc of the characters she played has to be naive or not good at skinship but if they saw Road home, ABAY.....they definitely won't be saying that. The irony is that I remember similar comments when ABAY was announced ( that they can't imagine her chemistry with Xu Kai) but now a lot of people agree with the fact it is 1 of his best CPS so far in terms of chemistry 😎😎. The ones that they hyped or had hopes for didn't live up to it 😬😬
