The last 3 minutes just means that our Jong woo just turned to a psycho and a killer to make it more clear he has dissociative identity disorder, and the character who made its way out to kill all the psycho in that place with all pleasure is taking the shape of moon jo (wook), moon jo is the one who wanted to create an art from jong woo as he said, and he just succeeded in that he make him kill everyone happily with that character then just in his original character he killed moon jo as in defending his life not enjoying it.. In last scene we see moon jo inside jong woo because moon jo succeeded in making his art.. He created a psycho killer inside jong woo which is taking the shape of moon jo :'')
