I don't think so, the photos reported about "highest ranking in Netflix weekly chart", 5 place, while IOTNBO was it top-6 only. It's just one-week achievement. But overall Pscyho is trending since June and Start Up just one month.... no, definitely IOTNBO has much more viewers and one more thing - Start Up is not available for European counties on Netflix
