The theory saying they are real brothers is explaining everything - the same clothes (separation syndrome), same flashbacks about their father, the Woo Hak bond with their house.
The only question - why KiHo's dad is not looking for his ex wife or not guessing that KiHo is with her now?...

okay, to be serious - next episode there will be Woo Hak scenes in Ki Ho house, he is alone there, so most probably he will remember something else, otherwise it does not make any sense to have these scenes and show the bond with the house
