Personally I think whether you like it from the first episode or not, maybe not always (not for some Xiaxia), but for this drama definitely, first 3 episodes are demonstrate the story, the tone and the acting. If not. then not.

I would say same words as Fu Yi Zhuo (my boy!) said to LX - either you let her/him go or move on with her/him. It even reminds me Gao's situation from the first part - when he pretended that all is okay, but inside hating the things. It's definitely not a friendship, not possible when one loves other.
