Is Yun Wei Shan really just a Chi?? Or is she a Mei, Wang or Liang??
She is a Chi. But her skills are above a Chi level. She didn’t want to move up in ranks, cause the higher the rank the more she would have to kill. This is how it seem to have explained it at the end of the series.
I think for the most part it ended well. Most of the loved characters lived and didn’t die. In regards to GSJ and SQ love line, I think it made sense that they didn’t end up together. I know she was pregnant at the end and he did love her, but it would have been out of character for him to just accept to live with her especially since his mom and brother died by wufeng ppl. While she may not be totally on wufeng side, until the end she still helped them, so I think for that storyline, it ended as it should. Besides, I don’t think she would want to be trapped there. She would probably want her freedom. Now for GZY and YWS, I felt the twin thing was unnecessary and they should have just ended with wufeng defeated and they live happily and change the rules that ppl can’t leave the valley are stuck there. The half heat tatoo on the SW should change too. Cause how can a leader be couped up in a mountain and not allowed to leave…The last few eps were draggy, and I already had a hunch something bad would happen to YWS if she left the valley. How can the wufeng possibly let it go. They can assume she is dead unless she shows herself. So I’m wondering if that letter was planted to lure her out. Han Yasi would have wanted her to move on and live her life. Overall, the cinematography of the drama was very nicely done. The actors and actresses all fit their roles and very attractive. I guess it didn’t bother me about the love line too much because while watching this I watched it as a wuxia not a series where love is the main focus. From the beginning it already seem love is not the main focus of the series. I do wish it had more fighting scenes and the Gong family wasn’t limited to just the valley. It would have been nice to see change of scenery. But GZY is new SW, I assume he can change the rules. I’m thinking what he saw at the end might have been YWS’s body. Since his face expression didn’t have a smile. With how much he loved her, he would have had an immediate happy reaction. I personally don’t think this should have a second season, but if they do I would rather it be about annihilating wufeng and revenge and have more action and different scenary. Allow the gong men ppl to go here there outside their valley.
I saw this randomly on Facebook. is this a real scene in the series? First photo.https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid02MKhoGTBnqAvJsk3KSpcSBPwCdrP7EMpAo6ytqtQSYsXxto6FfCSUVNvQZo1Z5LLgl&id=100063849278523&mibextid=Nif5oz
It's not him. I think it was just a cover up. Minutes before that, the servant referred to GZY as a crybaby (he…
in the flashback, GZY mom said to her maidservant something about the SW stealing what was not his, as in seem to hint that she did not marry him willingly but maybe forced to?
from the get go, I don't think YWS is a chi. But what I noticed from all her actions in this drama, it is calculated.…
hmm…now I’m thinking, did YWS ever admit she was a chi? if I recall when they found out about the assassin that got caught on purpose, YWs only asked SQG if she was also a chi. YWS never actually said she was a chi….she just didn’t answer and made SQG think she was. Am I wrong? I don’t think a chi would be given special privilege to leave if they complete the mission?
ahh, Jin Fan unless it's a red herring the trailer gives his end away :( and this is so not fair. poor guy. Also,…
I too felt that it wasn’t fair for Jin Fan. He worked hard to earn that to be asked to give it up. And all this time GZY was giving up on himself. Sign….
ik YWS is most likely acting the part in her being "weak" and inferior to SGQ but it really does hit my nerves…
SGQ seem more like a Chi. She is not using wisdom she is just weighing her status around to get someone to do the dirty work for her. But the fact that she told GSJ how she had YWS help her get the book, I think she gave herself away. All this time she was acting innocent, but that plan just shows she is not. I am curious though that somethings dont’t make sense. YWS was able to fight with Jin Fan so well. How come she lost to SGQ fighting wise so quickly? From what they told us about Jin Fan, he should be much stronger than SGQ…
One episode is definitely not enough, but on the other hand I am glad that they are not mass releasing the episodes.…
I also do like that we don’t know what will happen next. While I love some of the recent novel adaptations, it does take some suspense out of it when you know what will happen.
Girl u better start ,yes its torture to wait for new EP but ur missing the fun🤡Start watching and let's suffer…
Haha, yes it is torture. but this is a series that keeps my heart racing throughout the whole ep. I don't know what it is, but the way it's shot just keeps me tense to find out the answer to all the mysteries. It's pretty good and I agree you may have more fun watching the eps as it airs rather than wait to binge the whole thing.
That Raven is kinda hot... in a untraditional kinda way lol
I agree, but in the trailers I recall seeing him hold a young girl in his arms. so I think he practically rsised her thus they probably have a huge age gap which based on the story it makes sense for him to be the parent figure in her life. He care for her like his child, maybe that why even though she is just a Chi she seem smarter than SQ who is a Mei. he probably trained her with all his knowledge so chances of her dying on missions would be low.
