Honestly they were never really fully clear on anything so who knows. Thought it wasn't directly apart of top form mayhaps it could have been in the universe itself like the book series that do that. They said it would be apart of the top universe on the official concept videos (whatever that meant, may not even have meant what it sounded like) but... the whole thing was such a mess. (insert clown emoji here)

No, the production crew had come forward quite a while back and let us know it was not related to top form. this is probably why they have decided to rename it to "Nour" as well. there has been too much confusion.
