Also in a looking into the future moment, he saw himself super sick. Was there a back story to that? Might be hiding something.
I was only focusing on SYS😂 , probably missed part of the side plot.

Well he's the crown prince so naturally he feels entitled. Also as SKS's cousin, given the history between their fathers, he probably wants to annoy the hell out of SYS. One way is to get SYS's woman, whom he also happens to like.
Initially I find him OK, now he's getting to me too ...lol...

Unfortunately she thought that SYS is still very much in love with that fake MQG. That's why she started to distance herself a little.

But SY is supposed to be in love with the fake MQG, & it's RanRan's personality to be open & friendly so I guess she didnt think that would cause any misunderstanding.
Also at this point SY (whose pretty sharp) already know that the MQG with him is a fake one, so he's making a move on RanRan.
