to be honest, you saw she avoiding him all the time past 6 months. seokhoon probably felt hurt and he cant handle what she doing or making him worried also after breakup there clip seokhoon is very heartbroken at car parking. In my dumbest theory, he probably think like "if i tell her i want broke up with her, she refused then he know she still have feeling for him but same time, she dont want to hurt him" so he understand why she doing it past 6 months. But in the break up, she probably fine with broke up which he didnt expected so that why he completely heartbroken
