I'm in agreement with you on many points as I am not a fan of this adaptation of Kieta Hatsukoi (the manga not the series) Not a problem with GeminiFourth as actors because they are great actors but even great actors aren't meant for every role.
I'm not here to review your review I'm here to support your right to give an opinion favorable or unfavorable especially if it's your view. A few of the people commenting about your review also commented about mines like every human has to like the same thing (they don't)
People hating on you for being a hater? Does that not make them haters? I applaud you for not returning their remarks because I usually do but not anymore. This was a teaching moment. There are several choices one can make when they come across a review they don't like or agree with. Ignore it and move on. Or take the time to delve into your head and what's going on in your life. Stating you have no friends or no life because of a negative review. Does taking time to call someone a loser or toxic not loser behavior?
Does not liking something and taking time to say so make you a loner with no friends? It does not.
And the "person" that said you put you watched 12/12 episodes to move your 1 star review to the top is loser behavior did the same to me unaware that I reviewed it from app not the website and the app marked it as 12 out 12 episodes watched. Is it not loser behavior to make assumptions about something in which they lacking all the facts yet make comments about your intentions.

I am a gay man too. And saying you're not better than a homophobe relates to people judging someone based on 1 thing they think they know. Learn how to read. I bashed GMMTV Adaptations not Fourth or Gemini and that adore them but not GMMTV Adaptation. You saw a negative review and probably barely read it and jumped to judging me. You dont know me.

First of all little girl I put 1 episode and this review is my opinion. So if you wanna see a loser look in the mirror. I am not you. So my opinion does not need to match yours. Loser behavior comes when 1 person insist on calling someone a loser because their opinions differ. You are no better than a homophobic person.
Let me tell you why. A homophobic person would rather strike than try to understand that differences are bad they're just different.
I said in my review that I am a Gemini and Fourth fan which is why I going stop watch because I am not a fan of GMMTV remakes.
So maybe you should skip reviews you don't like or simply say. I disagree but you have a right to your opinions and continue watching what you want while I stop watching. Simple as that.
Now I say all that to say this. Im glad you and all the manga fans like this and continue watching but I won't be. And that's okay. My dislike for something you like won't turn off your tv.

Happy For Big. No one deserves it more but definitely a no for me. First off Big deserves a co-star worthy of him and Park aint it. Second wetv (hard pass) but for Big I wish the series success.

I dropped it at episode 5. And I'll explain a little bit more. And perhaps I can't see it from your point of view and my reaction to this obviously isn't the same as yours goes to show two individuals looking at the same thing can take away very different views.

This is shaping up to be a love story for A Jeong and Ji Han and that is completely fine. However these two people came into one another's orbit because of Do Han. Do Han is gay and closeted. He doesn't want his family to know so he asks his friend A Jeong to be his wife. This brings A Jeong into Ji Han's life. Once this happens Ji Han wanting to stop this "wedding" he begins more or less stalking A Jeong. All the while falling for his brother's fiance. So once Ji Han meets A Jeong his brother Do Han kind of (but not entirely) fades into the background as Ji Han slowly (or not so slowly) falls for A Jeong. Do Han might as well have been a dating app.

Now again this is my opinion. A main character shouldn't be a message hidden behind a story. A main character and his personality should unfold in the foreground not the background. Seeing his past should enhance his story not tell it. Knowing a person's back story is important I agree however when a character is used to prop up another's story or to bring two people together quite by accident is a prop. Once that happens and that person fades into the scenery popping up infrequently to add to the story of the main characters may as well be a lamp, an app, a couch or another inanimate object. Or lets say a support character instead of a prop.

This series according to MDL has 4 main leads Lee Ji Han, Lee Do Han, Na A Jeong and Yoon Chae Won. In the 5 episodes I watched it was all heavily Ji Han and A Jeong heavy. Even the jealous older half siblings and the grandfather stands out more than a supposed "main lead" Do Han.

So that is why I dropped it. I am a gay person. So yes while I love BL I watch so many different series straight, bi, lesbian, etc. Sexuality isnt the main reason to watch something but hearing a gay person is a lead character and it's not a gay story did intrigue me but for me it failed to make that a reality. And thats okay. What works for some doesn't work for others.

Now you still might not agree or understand my reasoning but I can't support a series that fails to properly write a decent story for a person that happens to be gay. So though it is not for me others will see this and love it and that is fantastic. And they will support it by watching.

I will gladly step aside and maybe read some reviews once this ends and decide if I want to finish it later. Or maybe not.

Funny thing is VIKI recommended PERFECT MARRIAGE REVENGE because I watched WEDDING IMPOSSIBLE.

I loved PERFECT MARRIAGE REVENGE from beginning to end. And for me WEDDING IMPOSSIBLE can't hold a candle to it.

Okay and your opinion is valid however I dont think you read my whole review or at very least didn't understand it. So let me clear things up a little bit. I know it isnt a BL and if you re-read my review you will see this sentence I WAS SO THRILLED TO FIND A MAIN CHARACTER THAT WAS GAY IN A NON BL SERIES THAT WOULD BE GIVEN STORY. Up until I dropped it he was nothing more than a prop for his heterosexual little brother to fall in love with his beard (meaning a gay man's woman to hide his sexuality from the world or family whatever)
In my opinion you can give a gay man a story that has nothing to do with romance or a gay love story or a BL story. That in my opinion isnt what is happening here. Gay people do exist for more other than a love story.
I also said maybe I will binge watch or watch later if I find the gay character was more fleshed out.
Im not mad. Yes I knew it wasnt BL despite my screen name I watch a plethora of different kinds of series besides BL. But I am disappointed that a gay character is being used as prop.
Let me be clear again. A prop is an object its not even a person, This story is all about the straight younger brother falling for his brother's fake fiance. Now that's just my opinion so my decision is not to continue with it. However I sincerely hope you continue to enjoy it. But maybe re-read my review because I never said I thought this was a BL.

Nanon is handsome and so much more. He is an extreme talent. I think because of GMMTV shipwork many people put limitations on it's actors. I understand people have their opinions but it's all about director expectations as well as not so wonderful scripts that make people limit these actors. Their are several (and this is my opinion) GMMTV actors that are lacking in the acting department. But for the most part many are talented and they just need more well rounded scripts. In this situation I was referred to as a GMMTV stan which I am not. I just mentioned some GMMTV actors that deserve a chance to show more acting skills in different projects as opposed to hiring freelance actors like Nonkul (whom again I don't like, and that's just me)

GMMTV shouldn't be stuck in one genre but ultimately the answer is they need to light a fire under their writers. All of their series (especially BL) are following the exact same formula. Hopefully fans can see some better writing and shake up the genre with fresh new ideas.

Yes, someone already told me that the drunk sex did not happen. MDL has an issue. I dropped the series after episode 1. So I just didn't change or edit my review. I'm not a Nonkul fan but its cool that you are. I'm not a big fan of most Thai Adaptations because they are usually lacking in my opinion. But anyway I am aware the "rape" did not happen which is fantastic I just won't waste time editing a review I wrote after episode 1 and did not watch the remaining episodes. But thanks for letting me know.

Oh and we agree this series sucks in comparison to the original that I also agree with.
I hate Nonkul and you don't and you obviously made it through this because of him. Again I'm thrilled for you.

I couldn't agree more. At their expo last year they announced it but could not show a pilot trailer because of similar issues. To air this only to shut it down last minute was idiotic at best. I as a fan understand why they had to pull it but I also think they should have never aired it if they were the least bit unsure. I would like to watch however I most likely won't either even if it becomes available. Very disappointed in GMMTV on this one. I'll have to check out the Anime Version. Thanks.

You assume correctly. But that other platform is the other platform that sucks which is IQIYI. Gagaoolala almost never releases KBL's in USA we get stuck with the awful IQIYI.

I figured they would go with that scenario which is why I said even if did not happen as a non fan of Nonkul I don't care. I have zero interest in this series. For me Thailand/GMMTV does not do remakes/adaptations well. Or even if they do they screw something else up like air 2 episodes of a series on their YouTube Channel then pull it because they have no rights to air it (that's right, Im talking Cherry Magic)

Gagaoolala Sucks for excluding USA just like with Our Dating Sim. Gagaoolala sucks just like IQIYI.

I'm not bothered by his acting but I just don't like it. The first thing I watched with him was Love's Coming. I didn't like him. I can't put my finger on why I just didn't. Then I watched Dive which was a Chinese Series and there he was again. I didn't like him but yet I kinda did in that series. Dive was a bromance in my opinion I was in and out on his performance in Dive. Then I heard about I Feel You Linger in the Air with Bright what's his name. I have not and will not watch that because Bright and Nonkul are two of the same. But I planned to watch Find Yourself despite him. I can't. So yes in short I hate his acting and by extension him. But he's pretty popular so good for him. I'll steer clear and the people that like him can watch his "acting"
