Based on the interrogation of the police, a group of teenagers killed Bunta. The reason behind the killing is because they felt Bunta is having a good time lately. Hotoshi felt sorry about what happened because he believed the kid is having a good time after teaching him how to rap.

But on my perspective, those teenagers only took the blame for Mamiya just like what Kaizuka did.

I finished the movie just now. The ending is quite confusing tho. It was Mr. Mamiya who raped and killed Hitoshi and Bunta, right?

That laugh from the police when Kiritani went on the station after the sexual assault is annoying asf. He also went to the crime scene right after the incident to confirm what happened. Probably, he was still in trauma at that time but still enact the incident. Poor Kiritani.
