There was a much better option for her than a cruel bastard. The FL was just plain stupid, and I hope they stop giving us these weak leads. I love toxic (a lot 🤣😱), but this wasn’t the good kind of toxic, sorry not sorry. Also, I watched it on 2x speed… which is never a good sign.

After ep 1 I got hooked — the cast, the characters, the vibe. 🥰
The story may be familiar, but the way it's told feels fresh.
I usually binge K-dramas but not this time... I'm watching weekly now!

I loved the beginning (especially because I adore Ha Ji Won) but disliked its progression and stopped watching at episode 24 because the story became too cruel for me. This might be because I know it's based on true history, which made it too sad. 😢

This is one of those rare gems where the moment I finished the first watch, I immediately had to start all over again. Needless to say, I absolutely loved it – from so many angles!
