Title Cruel City
did anyone actually watch until the end because they clearly showed him alive in the very last scene (which seriously…
OMO! Thank for this! I turned it off too early to see this scene! I know that it could be just symbolic, but it still gives a little bit of hope for some of us. You just made my day too! :D
I have to admit that this drama is a little bit of a let down :-/
There are some characters that might be used in some ways, but they do NOTHING! Just like the husband of the main girl. His only purpose for this drama is just being an obstacle in her love for YS. Thats pretty stupid. Just like the detective guy or the killer. They had their few minutes of focus, but then they just dont do anything for the story.
It was the same with YS in the middle of the drama. All he did was just looking on someone with those cold stares. But did he actually do something???

I know im a little bit too harsh. Maybe its because im watchnig some really good dramas right now and when I compare it to this, Shark comes as a little it booring :-( But dont let this comment let you down! Its just my opinion. Plus its not really a bad drama.

So... I dont mind age gaps between the leads (the chemistry doesnt depend on the age, but the good acting and other things). You can totally see that in I Hear Your Voice - even though there is a huge gap, its absolutelly sweet and cute.

What I HATE THE MOST is when someone really old and someone really young have to play characters who are the same age! Just like Moon Embracing the Sun or 7th Grade Civil Servant. It totally ruins the mood for me...

But what is importat in the end is the quality of the drama. If the drama is realy good and the actors are superb, you dont even notice difference in age. But if its bad... well...

And the opinion about age gaps depends a lot on your taste. And the culture you are from. I think that it differs for everyone.

Hi! ^^
Well it took me some time to get into it, but when you do, its totally worth it! Its sooo funny and cute! The romance plot is absolutely great, with so many cute moments. And the comedy is very very good! The best thing about this - usually dramas get boring (or stop being funny) as they approach to the end. But this is getting better and better with every episode! im like rolling on my bed and laughing while watching it :D

YSY was a good choice. Despite the age difference with the female lead, he pulled it off nicely....and who can…
LOVED THAT KISS! He is pretty good in it ^^

Ok... i decided to marathon this drama and it was kind of hard to do that. After every episode i was like... should i watch the next one? Or should i just drop this? :D
On one hand, it is really new, fresh and interesting (sometimes funny), but on the other hand... it is sooo damn complicated! There are too many plot twists! Its like one big rollercoaster ride :D
So... i think that this drama is REALLY good. But its not for everyone. Anyway, episode 11 was another big shocker. Im really curious whats gonna happen in the last episode (i hope its gonna have at least a little bit nice ending :D)

OMG! Ive been looking for that Hang Ah theme for AGES! :D I didnt know the name so i couldnt find it. Whenever I heard that song i just melted. It was sooo beautiful!
Anyway I love your picks :)
And there is one really amazing theme that I find great, sad and epic. Its from Hertless City (the one that plays in strong moments - like the one in the first ep, when the cop falls from the roof on the car). Its sooo good! It remindes me of some Zimmerman osts.

AHHHHWWWW! I can totaly imagine Joo Won as a pure, innocent character. I didnt really like Kang San in BM. I think he overacted in his role :-/
But I can totally see the cute childish smile on Joo Wons face. IM SOOOO EXCITED TO SEE THIS!

I dont think that its gonna have the same characters. Firstly... if its year 1994, they would be too young. Secondly... this drama doesnt need sequel or prequel since it is a finished story.
So I think they are gonna have the same theme of going back and forth in time, but with different people.
But it is too soon to think about that. I guess we will know when the cast list will be out.

Totally AGREE! You picked the best of the bests!
For me, it would be also Yeo Chi from Salaryman, because she was really cool and amazing person, who could deal with every obstacle in her life with great strenght.
