Yeah perhaps you should of watched more instead of basing your opinion on one or so episodes. I cannot stand true beauty slander because for the theme of romantic comedy it is AMAZING. Western dramas wish they could pull off what true beauty did. It’s fun upbeat lively and at times it rips your heart out. Is the theme i.e her acne etc over exaggerated? Yes but again it suits the genre. It does make sense that growing up in a house surrounded my masculine energy and a mother who is discouraging she didn’t start doing make up until she was at an age where she was able to teach herself. This is a a TEEN drama you know. Maybe u have fogotten what being a teenager was like lol

Yes but because jaeon has to be so hot for it to even make sense as to why nabi is acting an absolute fool over him. You could change the actress out probably and it would be fine if they found a similar girl (they casted her so well in contrast to jaeon) but i agree: Anyone else but song kang in that role and it would flop 💀

Hmm I’m not sure. Shorter episodes means the plot wasn’t long and drawn out like I’m not robot but also also the writer and director did a great job of building the world the characters live in and it makes the story more believable. And like the plot is not confusing but there’s still moments when ur like omg what is going on lol and the love story is cute and makes sense ugh I just love it alot lol

This drama takes the things I hated about I’m not a robot and are you human too and made sure not to do them. Took the things I loved from both and did it better. I wish I could discover it again. It was such a fun story.
Glad the comments didn’t stop me from watching this. If you go into it with a open mind it’s fun. Love all the main actors and the plot twist at the end tore my wig off. So good!! I love mess! The ending felt just right idk
