Exactly the best part love him playing mischievously so well 😏!! I wouldn't have seen anyone who did it better than him. I remember seeing comments saying that SML should be ML. I don't know if they did realizes about his acting and the personality portrait of ML is definitely not for everyone to play.

The reasons you said is exactly why I wish he can end up with SFL. She really treat him better and I saw a glimpse of something going on. They look good together on my screen haha. But yeah I can understand why you prefer that he ends up with FL. Because we could see that the ML was very in love. Like always, as usual Xu Kai is very good at showing you that he is fool in love with his magnificent eyes killing me ☺️

Okay, don’t be in too much hurry to watch if you want to watch only for Xu Kai. I think the romance setting started well initially but was mid to weak maybe chemistry didn’t have time to spark but at some point you wish FL will end up with SML and ML w/ SFL better that would have made a lot more sense 🤪

You should watch to form your own opinion. I think you like bromance and friendship shows after seeing you on some drama comments section. I really liked this part of the drama. But unfortunately, not enough of Xu Kai and his charater which is not complete for me when you know his identity after a very bad misunderstanding ruining the second half. A lot more screentime for support than him after some time and when you have the luck to see him not much happening with his narrative only I found that he had more chemistry with the SFL also. They didn’t give him more material to work so obvious. You will understand when you watch so as not to spoil yourself.

This is the conclusion I made too because it doesn't make sense. Saying he's the male lead and give him an part of a script and nothing else in the narrative afterwards.

Love, love Wang Duo. He is on the way to be one of my many crushes, any support roles and his screen presence always giving much more than anyone to me. He’s that one actors you wish and wait for the days to see him main principal role. I’m done catching up and this show was actually acceptable for the standard with his imperfections. The plot was the strongpoint in this show, I enjoy the most Tianhe and Mengli storyline without forgetting Xuan Xiao introduction, his bounding with Tianhe and his latter obsession part… First part was so-so to me and I put. it on hold but I did well to come back and finish. The story is actually pretty interesting in the second part definitely reason that pushed me to finished.

There is really too much conflict just for cooking 😅

One of the biggest problems in Xu Kai's dramas. They had gotten into the habit of not giving him screentime as he deserves or giving some bad script. Despite the fact that they were screwing him we still see his talent no matter how much they would reduces his ML role. I recommended you "Wonderland of Land" if you haven’t seen it yet.
