He already has his pop established. He really doesn't need a project with implied BL, they even question your sexuality taking everything to reality. This is something that can really follow him. the extremist bl shippers are really crazy and can go very far. These shippers can be unhinged you can see all the problems caused for actors. I remember not long ago seeing a BL actor's girlfriend being harassed because they think he should be gay. Starting to promote and give this direction to target this market is unsafe. In China, anything BL or even bromance with suggestion is already canceled. This kind of drama doesn't even normally pass review. Some directors try their best to not entangled but xk is being cheat here. He didn’t sign for this. Kai kai want to only speaking as an actual actor. Fans point is valid. They also want to protect his rights to not have a fake male lead disguise to cameo role. If all their directions already give that the second male character will be more important, because he is already promote and supported not only by script.

Well, maybe xk actually like the character bit. I also see last year this actor team did blackens Han Ting. So fans really have a very bad impression about him.
