To me it seems like someone named their kids after Ning Yuanzhou, Ren Ruyi, Yu Shisan, and Yuan Lu. Because the kid's name is Ning Shisan and he said his sister's name at home is Ren Lu. The kid also said his dad was good at making wine and his mother was good at sword dances. So NY and RR might have faked their deaths so they can start their family somewhere safe.
