I thought Yu Mo didnt lose his memory, but how come he couldnt recognise Ying Yuan when he bumped into Tang Zhou?
TZ/YY was sitting over there while Yu Mo was talking to other people there.. So Yu Mo never saw TZ/YY. While TZ/YY saw Yu Mo but without his memories he doesn't know Yu Mo.

Ep. 21. I thought YY said he would retain his memories while in the mortal realm. It looks like he was reborn as a baby and didn't retain his memories at all. It's like the same as YD, just that YD didn't reborn, only lost her memories. This is kinda mistranslated or soff.
