I'm savouring this slow falling in love dynamic happening between the leads trying to mentally prepare myself…
Honestly its freaking me out, I wish they will get it over with and hopefully I will get to truly enjoy the show..Its nerve wrecking every time his phone rings or when YT picks up his phone even when its silent.. it feels like this could be it..
I once heard a quote from a film that said,' 'Sometimes the person with the loudest laugh and biggest smile, might be hiding behind both, to keep others from seeing how hurt they are''...AND for some reason I think it described Cher in EP-4...
Its incredible, so much so that I wish I had waited to binge watch it...but I am loving it so far...Amazing storyline, cute leads, sea side location, work place romance, handsome 2nd leads, ITS 35 MINUTES LONG...I feel like I could go on and its only 2 episodes available...πππ
Is it just greed to ask for a few more episodes because the prison revenge looks so appetising that I have played that "I WILL GET AWAY WITH IT BECAUSE I AM A DOCTOR "scene a few times...I want more...
So glad I waited to binge watch this...I don't think I would have survived the week long wait. It was incredible, informative, educational, entertaining and most of all it was hilarious while maintaining the latter. ππ
Jim and LM reminds me of this quote- 'By the time you realise that your father was right, you will have a son who thinks that you are wrong'... The finale showed how they both matured and it was amazing especially their hug. An incredible series πππππ.
AH..The angst and joy of being a teenager. This was the best series period, it had everything. I want to say this episode was good but it is because the entire show measured up that the end felt pretty great. I was smiling so much (first date), laughing so hard (seen Gun jealous on scene), I was anxious (when the parents were informed they were dating including Tinn even though he never got there), I was mad (I might need that teacher's addressπ), I was inspired (by the generational gap that the students and adults showed towards gay couples), I was left feeling great when I noticed the kind of friends that surrounded Tinn and Gun or is it GunTinn (pretty big argument of the series) and I found myself in AWE of the support the mothers gave their sons. This was a pretty great series with amazing storyline that kept me entertained for 12 weeks. PS. CONGRADULATIONS TO ALL THE 2022 MATRICULANTS.
I slightly do not agree on the part about Hearts parents. They did not do the best for him. They love him but…
Anyway, in a perfect world Heart's parents would have accepted their situation, looked for specialist, get him back to school, send him to therapy, learned sign language, listened and talked to their son AND maybe just maybe that scene that broke me (when Heart and LM told his mom that she knew nothing and she was left helpless as though she had failed her son) wouldn't have happened.

I am not saying he is sick, I meant he was sick before he became deaf. Someone I can't recall who told LM that when he was verifying that Heart was deaf. So I am mentioning the fact that he was sick.

Lock him up; I don't agree with that. The series is based after COVID which means for at least 2 years they were home together, so NO they didn't lock him up. Another reason to stay at home by the way. Like I said their communication could have been better but at least they tried. As for Heart he never complained about staying at home until LM took him outside; which means he too is finally learning to accept his situation. I say they tried their best because now Heart finally knows what he wants and to get it he will need his parents. So when a situation turns for the better; it feels wrong to nit-pit what the parents did wrong.

Ashamed of him, I don't think so. I am sorry but why didn't Heart find all those things himself, you might say the parents should have known. Did Heart ever express his feelings of going back to school or having a tutor? What about that group LM found for him did Heart ever searched for support like that for himself? NO. Again I am not saying the parents are terrible but they were throwing in a terrible situation and they made the best of it. I believe even Heart had 3 years to do something about it. And the mother wrote notes for him because that was how she communicated with him.
The only person I feel sorry for in this series is Gaipa; its a pity he fell for Jim but now he has a chance to move on. Alan- NO..NO..NO his and Wen's relationship did not end abruptly, they had time to move on but he kept holding on hope that things will get better and when they didn't, he is shown as the most pitiful guy there is. Jim- I like this guy. It took a while but he also finally have a chance to move on. As for him and Wen I like how comfortable the two are together even when Jim keeps his distance, Wen has a way of getting him to open up. Li Ming- he is a typical teenager, who still believes that he is able to shoulder responsibility on his own; the scene where he tells Jim that he will take care of himself, left me feeling really sad Because if he does cause trouble the first person people will call is Jim. I like that he was able to help Heart but the first thing a responsible person does is inform the adults when they are leaving home, a fact Jim was trying to tell him but ended up yelling because the two do not see eye to eye BUT they are willing to do everything for the other. Heart- another teenager who is unable to tell his parents what he really wants and only gets angry when he doesn't receive it. When he lost his voice, it did not affect only him but his family as well and his parents did the best they could at the time; sure there are other areas they could have improved like learning sign language to communicate with him but his parents did their best. Wen- it took him a while to let go but he finally got there, so *YAY**. As for him and Jim I feel like he is doing the same thing Alan did with him, he is putting up with everything just to get Jim to like him and he should know how that back fires. I am enjoying this series the same way I enjoyed 180 degree and I am hoping for a happy ending especially for Gaipa.
