Why do i feel like this is gonna have minimal romance unlike the first season?

I am confused rn after reading most of the comments saying it's not as good as the original. Should i skip it and watch the original instead? Or should i watch both? I don't mind the drama being spoiled to me but i wanted to watch the kdrama version for the actors..
