I really hate Chinese dramas that tell stories about old emperors who still want to sleep with young girls, like…
Idk what ep you’re in this drama but the Emperor has zero intentions of sleeping with the Princess. He only married her for the peace deal. He never actually slept with her. He treats her like his favorite daughter that he wants to keep happy and free from burden.
I watched till ep8 and the comments here making me wonder whats going on... all are so upset with the FL. I think…
I don’t get the FL hate. He said on Day 1 of their marriage they were married in name, she isn't one in his heart or one he wants to marry. And he reenforced that several times. It's understandable why she's chosen to protect her heart / herself & focus mostly on cases + her career. And it makes sense why she might not realize his feelings are real, not just an act. But even if she does realize his feelings are real now, his ground rules he stated on day 1 are still there. So unless he makes her feel secure in her place as his wife, I don't think she'll take that risk expressing how she feels externally
do you know the realationship between the blood of youth and dashing youth . i know it but i wanna see whether…
The blood of youth is the sequel to dashing youth. It’s the story basically of the children & disciples of those from Dashing Youth. Some characters in Dashing Youth are also in the blood of youth (but ofc older)
I think everybody including me is suspicious of him. The mastermind has not been found yet.
I think he’s too young to be the mastermind. The mastermind has been doing this since before Xinbai’s dad was workin this case. He might be workin for the mastermind though.
I thought this drama was paying hommage to various dramas. The cancer scare? Wasn't it a plot in "Well intended…
It was a plot in Well Intended Love I’ve heard, but I’ve also heard there was major outrage on it and thus why they released a season 2 with basically same plot but with the fake cancer removed.
I’m not sure if they’re paying homage or just using cliches and tropes. But If they are paying homage, not sure why they’d choose that one.
Ep 2 had a wtf moment. Making her think she has cancer for a few days to keep her safe. This was the only thing the doctor could think of to keep her there?
Wei Ziqi should just be honest with her. And if he has bodyguards he trusts, hire them for her.
Can whomever has edit capabilities here add First Prince’s name to cast list? So it read Li Chengru (first prince) below the actor playing him Fu Xinbo’s name
So it reads as : Yan Xing / Yan Liuniang
?
