I’m watching this because of Bae In Hyuk but his character is so frustrating even though he’s a good person

Why didn’t they let the girls have options, like the guys giving the photo to the person they like even though someone had already given them the photo or maybe they wanted everyone to go on dates, and no one gets left out.
