The main couple storyline is meh, Fiat and Aun are the second couple, and their love wtory is great, also Fiat have a beautiful bromance with another character, they lure us in the beginging making us think that they will be a couple but they won't, they just friendzoned each other sweetly haha !

Tin is a 3rd year resident so he might be in his early 30, Tol is a college master student, so in his late 20

You should watch Fiat in "My Gear and your gown", he's so great yet so underrated actor !
