One mistaken comment from an actor doesn't mean he doesn't care about gay people or wants to hurt anyone.
I'm sure he doesn't want to harm anyone. Disinterested intend on their part is even worse.

If the show hired gay actors, then no controversial statements would have been made. There are too many shows about gay people where there are no gay people in sight. I know the Philippines is a conservative country, but both their comments showed their money motivation and lack of interest in the real lives of gay people. It's a shame, because these shows could do so much more good than nice comments from straight actors who, at the end of the day, couldn't care less about what life is like for gay people in the Philippines. It bothers me.

This show should've gotten its second season. It really is a shame. I think it was one of the better shows I've seen in terms of storyline.
