I skimmed through the series so missed the reason for her to breakup with his ex, can anybody tell what was it?
They had an accident wherein her brother, herself, and her ex got injured severely. In the hospital, when the doctor asked her parents whom to operate first (cuz the chances of death were high for late operating), her brother or her, her father replied her brother. Since she was in comma, she still heard his saying and was heartbroken that her own father abandoned her, without even thinking twice he let her be until her bro was treated . So after that she broke up with him.

If u will watch the original Chinese version, ofc u will not like this version. Basically the story is the same but this one is shorter and that one is like more detailed ang longer. : )
