I think something else that could be mentioned is I Love Italy. The age difference between the male lead and female lead was only something like 7 years, but in the drama, it's the mind of a 14 year old stuck in a 25 year old man's body, and that man then falls in love with a 30 year old woman. That's been the only age difference to bug me so far, though. ^^
