is this really Taiwanese? cause some people sure sound mainland to me, especially her parents. or is that the…
I believe it's a Taiwanese and Mainland China drama (like a collaboration). Moon River is 29 episodes in Taiwan and 30 episodes in Mainland China. Some of the actors/actresses certainly sound mainland to me, especially Sha Sha.
Last drama I watched with HJE was Can You Hear My Heart. Didn't like her in Secret and KMHM so I dropped those two. But dam is this drama hilarious! I know a lot of people find Hye Jin exaggerating her actions too much but that's what makes me laugh. I think HJE might be giving Gong Hyo Jin a run for the Queen of Comedy title!
In my opinion, Ma Evan's acting is pretty awk, Sam's speech is a little unclear, and the evil girl.....also who…
I agree with you that Evan's acting is awkward...but doesn't take too much away from the drama itself. I suppose those who don't speak the language won't notice that Sam's speech is unclear since they read the subs anyways xD As for Sha Sha's fashion... her stylist could really do better although the outfits are still bearable. Then again, some rich people have weird fashion that stands out one way or another. But yeah, good drama so far!
hm dunno if i should watch or not cuz ive alrdy seen so many versions of bof n kinda tired of the theme. i like…
Feels like BOF but so far I like Moon River better. The lead actress is nailing her role so her character doesn't feel like the annoying type. I find this drama to be funny and cute in a good way.
Loving this drama so far! It definitely reminds me of BOF but still unique in its own way. I actually like Moon River more than BOF when I compare their first 2 episodes. The main actress is nailing her role so it's not annoying to watch.
Really loved the first few episodes. But episode 8 ...was not what I expected (and not in a good way)! The romance between them wasn't even that strong and then comes the abrupt confession. That scene really left me puzzled to be honest. Does he really like her or is he using her? Well maybe both but the love just doesn't feel right ...
Wasn't feeling this drama and was overall confused after the first two episodes but I'm glad I stuck with it. I like the pacing so far. The romance isn't rushed and I find it more realistic to be honest. Looking forward to episode 11!
This is probably a ridiculous opinion but....somehow, the way Uee talks/acts in this drama annoys me. Like, there's something off about the way she moves her mouth that makes her acting seem stiff. Ugh and Sung Joon..don't know if it's his character or just him but I really do not like his acting. No feels for him at all. I also find the storyline/plot to be weak.
Anyways, Chang Soo and Ji Yi are keeping this drama alive for me right now.
The drama's already halfway over and I'm still not feeling the JoonKi x YoonHa couple. Hell, I'm beginning to ship the YoonHa x JiYi couple more than them.
But ChangSoo x JiYi is still by far my favorite :D
anyone else dissapointed with eps 5 and 6? it started really good but its getting boring :( of course im still…
I actually found it boring at the beginning but it's starting to get good. However, I'm still not feeling Yoon Ha and Joon Ki's chemistry...
Loving Ji Yi and Chang Soo though but you know it's going downhill after all those sweet moments ):
Very simple and realistic for the most part. There's no out of the ordinary scenarios (except for one near the end) but even then, the drama was enjoyable until the last episode.
The characters were also likable, especially Yi Wan and Xiao Fei. Their love line is seriously so cute, especially in the beginning. The other characters all go through their own pains but develop nicely.
can someone recommend another drama that has excessive cuddling like this drama
Try "Boss and Me", also known as "Shan Shan Comes to Eat". It's not a Kdrama (believe it's from mainland China) but the chemistry between the leads are good!
Am I the only one who just couldn't get into this drama? I'm sorry its sooo boring for me I tried really hard…
I watched both City Hunter and Healer but Healer is by far the better drama in my opinion. The acting from almost all the actors and actresses is superb; not to mention the chemistry between JCW and PMY is just incredible. The story-line doesn't drag and the writer did a wonderful job with going against the cliche aspects that most dramas (even good/popular ones) adhere to. There are a lot of good dramas out there but Healer is a very special one that shines among the others. I would even say this beats "My Love From the Star" because for me personally, Healer is just phenomenal. I am also sure many other viewers agree with me, just as there are many others who don't because honestly, there is no "perfect" drama out there that everyone will like. I'm glad you at least gave Healer a chance (watching 8 episodes)!
