It's not an Itazura Na Kiss remake but the drama does have a couple similarities like Itazura Na Kiss. Like the fact that they live together and the smart, mean male lead. The supportive mom who is the biggest shipper of the main couple. She makes it obvious that she wants them to be together. The mom also thinks of the female lead as her own daughter in both series. Another similarity is obviously the love triangle and that it is a school drama. But they are different. Different title and different storyline.

It was kind of all over the place from episode 4-5 because they drastically changed the male lead from being an extreme and unrealistic introvert to a more normal person. He became less shy after 1 episode when they should've progressively shown him coming out of his shell. They also made Ro Woon go from very persistent to more calm and not as bad. But the storyline was great and the ending was extremely sweet. I couldn't stop smiling after watching the last scene. I was one of the few that liked it from beginning to end and the cast was amazing. They were fun and lively. I love Yeon Woo-jin!

Yes, Kaichou Wa Maid-Sama would be amazing! Although Inuyasha is my favorite anime, I don't think a live action will be the same at all. It will be weird.
