I think with the reveal that Jiling is a puppet of Chi Wen - an innocent version of himself he wishes to preserve - the next conclusion to be made is possibly that Li Jie represents the same for Yuan Wuhuo, and like Jiling he doesn’t realise that he is not real.

If that’s the case then the sad possibility is that the two were always destined to be best friends/by each other’s side before their souls were corrupted by time 😞

Yanan’s Studio have made a statement that after his fall today, they’ve taken him to the hospital to be examined and confirmed there is no serious injury. They’ve said he will rest and follow Doctors’ advice.

Rumour has it Yanan won’t be finished filming until the 15th and then everything will be officially done. Seemingly he still has some Yuan Wuhuo Butterfly Demon solo scenes to film and the flip parts of his Yuan Wuhuo/Yuan Xizai scenes.

With the amount of twists and turns GJM pulls, there’s probably just as much chance of that being true hahaha

You might have noticed earlier in the week also there were a set of real twins on set. Rumour is they’re playing the younger versions of Wuhuo and Xizai, but please take that with a grain of salt. I literally have no way of knowing how accurate this is 😂

At the moment there’s still no telling the context, so that’ll be interesting to see once it airs!

Word on the street is Yanan is playing twins in some of his more recent scenes, Yuan Wuhuo and Yuan Xizai. He’s been acting with a double but has filmed both sides - a Yanan fansite has put some of the scenes together to show an idea of what this will look like!

Genuinely. I consider myself a fan of both TJR and YA, though I’ve been following YA for longer, and they clearly get on very well. Yet “fans” on both sides will be fighting over who’s more attractive, who is more famous and who is GJM’s favourite. Like?? Who actually cares?? The best part is they’re remaining unbothered and playing around together without a care about the chaos happening online 😂

Possibly! Though I suppose it depends what they actually filmed and how far it goes boundaries wise. It’s been 4 years, and I’m still patiently waiting 😭😭

It actually did finish filming! Unfortunately it was right in the midst of filming when the ruling passed about same sex dramas being heavily censored even further than before. Really unfortunately timing and frustrating, as the novel is so much fun and the story is great 😭
