Oh.. The offended part.. I dont know.. Maybe it came from the way you are defending the FL so much..

I see your perspective and I can understand why you view her actions as courageous and realistic.. However from my point of view the ML was left in an emotional limbo.. One he didnt know how to naviagte.. Sure any decision might have caused pain.. But by not even trying to work together she isolated him and made that pain his to bear..

I also agree that not every rich x poor story is a fairytale.. But the way this drama wrapped everything up as a fairytale ending is what makes her initial decision feel unnecessary to me.. She had every reason to take the risk especially if she truly loved him..

As for escaping her past and building a home with her brother.. I can respect that she showed courage there.. But entering into a relationship always carries risks.. The way she handled it made her seem more driven by fear than faith in their bond which is where I felt let down..

At the end of the day.. I think it comes down to how differently we interpreted her character.. Which is totally fine.. I just shared my honest thoughts in the review based on how it resonated with me..

I get where you are coming from and I understand the fears you mentioned about the mother’s power and influence.. But isn’t that exactly why I feel disappointed with the FL’s decision?? Love stories often thrive on characters overcoming challenges together.. And here she didn’t even try.. I dont mind a "Cinderella takes the money" twist.. But what bothered me was how she handled it.. It wasnt just about taking the money.. It was about her dishonesty and lack of faith in the ML..

Also, I don’t fully agree with the “she did it for him” argument.. The ML clearly valued their relationship.. And he went through so much to win her back.. If she had just trusted him or been honest they could have tackled these obstacles together.. Instead of her running away and letting him deal with the fallout alone..

And yes, the mother only agreed for PR reasons.. But in the end everything did work out.. It feels like the FL’s decision caused unnecessary pain for both of them.. A strong relationship is about trusting and fighting for each other and not making decisions on someone else’s behalf without giving them a choice..

I guess my frustration comes down to the fact that the FL’s actions didnt feel like love to me.. They felt like fear.. And while I get the show was marketed as “What if Cinderella took the money,” I personally hoped for a little more courage and depth from her character..

P.s.. I watch what I want to watch and share my thoughts based on how I feel.. If my opinion offends you thats not my responsibility..

So instead of trying to win over his mother she chose to break up with the person she loved?? And she didn’t even have the decency to tell him the truth about why they had to break up?? She didn’t make a single effort to fight for their relationship.. She just took the money and walked away.. Her character was pathetic..

And I would have agreed with you if their mother hadnt agreed in the end.. But thats not the case right?? She did agree.. It took some effort but everything worked out in the end.. Instead of being dramatic she could have trusted in their relationship and avoided all the trouble she put the ML through..

Well its just a probability right?? If there is no second season then its upto us to interpret it however we think is best.. Thats just lazy writing..

Yeah.. Because the fandom will take care of that.. Regardless of how good or bad the story is..

The drama is going to debut with 8.9+ easily.. The fans will take care of that..

I wouldnt call this a haters site.. Because its mostly the fandom / stans who create the havoc to raise the ratings..

Somebody rated this drama 9.5 even before its release.. Imagine how biased the ratings are going to be once its released..
