and medemessile :P my accent is a Canadian/ slightly("said it in British accent" British/little Pakistani.. Paksitani in a way i didnt know how to say "V" as in "V".. i used to pronounce it as in "W" weird much?just imagine me in a plain canadian accent with a twist ;)

i had a similar situation .. even aaj bhi meri apni friend ki bari behun se baat ho tao aisa lagta hai am talking to my friend.. but over the years i got smarter aur main ne pick kerna shoroh kerdiya tha keh koun koun hai hehe .. main ne 18 vs. 29 dekha aur ub kounsa dekhoon samjh nahi aarah :(
