Watching these dramas where the roles of women and men are swapped, it doesn't logically make sense to me. I mean, kings have their harem to bear more offspring and potential inheritors right? But for a Queen's harem, I don't think that could happen since it's still the woman who has to bear a child. More men in a harem won't make her bear anymore since she can only carry like one at a time besides in cases of twins right?

Unless they have men carrying children which doesn't seem to be the case...
