I would want to see a prequel between hao chen and xuan ji. I feel like that could totally change my whole perspective of hao chen. I want it done so well to the point where i can't choose between hao chen and si feng. Because right now im so mad at hao chen's character but it seems like there's so much to him that we don't know about.
i don't know if anyone noticed the detail that this drama is actually taking place in the future!!! 15 min in ep 8 the prosopagnosia reports requested, exam, & result date is 12/11/2020 .
So his mother and the "younger" version both exist at the same time in 2010? My theory was the 2020 version is…
i believe they both exist in 2010 because the mother isn't supposed to be in 2010 she time traveled to the past and lived there long enough that her real self is in college already.
Just finished ep 32 , really feels like the turning point of the story is getting really addicting. most dramas would probably go downhill from around ep 30/50 but this one is really just continuing to rise as if it's a fresh start.
Instead of Feng Wu going back to her world and pretend nothing happen or she see the reincarnation od Junlinyuan,…
all still story typical but if s2 does happen then that's probably what we would expect. I would like to see more plot twists. & possibly the villains in the story would have a second chance at living instead of their sudden meaningless deaths.
Theories/some spoilers: So just finished the series. Seems to me like they're likely to have a season 2 to explain the ending. My theory is that Feng Wu's spirit is from the future (present time) her soul got warped into the past and she lost most of her memories. There's been so many like hints of her having present knowledge throughout the story. Like the time she was in the tower answering a riddle. Her answers were related to trigonometry which puzzled the man. The dishes that she cooked were also not known by the people around her such as the handmade ramen. Not sure if anyone else took notice on these little hints but it definitely point towards my theory. That's why i wasn't hoping for much near the ending because of a possibility of a season 2. Overall if there is a S2, i feel like Ming Ye should be the main male lead in the in the modern world. It would really give the story a twist.
