LY and CSS has already made an agreement that if neither family agrees to their marriage then they will run away and live on their own together. He has already proven that he doesn't need money and materialistic things to be happy. CSS is smart she can figure a way to support the both of them. From what I see, I notice growth from both these characters, they both went through adventures together and created dreams together. But if she goes with LBY I feel like she will just suffer from waiting and fear that he will not come back. Because he is creating enemies, he is going to fight in wars. If he weren't the main character then he would most likely not have survived for so long. If she gets into a relationship with him she would suffer grief if he doesn't come back from the war. But of course since he is the main character he would return alive...

Good point. I do agree that LBY didn't have enough time with her. But at the same time he had met her a handful of times already, I could see their relationship progressing. It seems like CSS just is inexperienced with relationships. But truth is she knows what she wants in a relationship. I think LY can give her exactly what she wants. He basically gives her whatever she wants an treats her like a princess. I feel like just one command from her and he would just immediately obey without hesitation. But at the same time it sorta feels like a one sided relationship since she's mostly on the receiving end. I really do like LBY, he just needs some more screen time with CSS, this will happen with more coincidences. Overall I just think LBY needs to try a bit harder to fight for her, he is too focused on his current mission. Going back to the story of if an orphan is drowning and his fiance is drowning who would he save first. He said he would save his fiance first but from what I currently see, it seems like he might be going for the orphan girl(symbolizing catching the bad guys) imo. From what I see, she doesn't seem like the priority. Let's see what happens soon.

i do feel like CSS can manage to protect herself though. the only person she can't go up against is her mother. i feel like it's basically choosing between the guy who is always there for her or the other guy who is only there when she needs it the most. but i think CSS is not wrong, because only LY had the courage to propose to her and really confess his feelings for her. LBY is the male lead, but he never really confessed his feelings to CSS directly & he is a super risky choice since he's always risking his life in the battlefield and creating enemies. CSS would be in danger often if she were to choose him.
after watching him in alchemy of souls, i feel like he is main character material. they should do more face focus on him because if you look into his eyes, they are more beautiful up close. he looks more mature than his actual age but still hot .
very fast paced drama, very short eps. it's like next scene next scene type of filming, slightly rushed but we get the idea. great if you're trying to pass time. enjoyable for those who are into historical strong FL
the reason why i asked this is because i've seen a lot of weird dramas, so if they're actually siblings i wouldn't be shocked cuz it's a drama, i like some plot twist...
