Unfortunately, some people don't want to see real characters, I had the same problem with both seasons of Friendzone where people were throwing shit at the characters for being imperfect, which was exactly the reason why I love that show so much.
Hello, me again. Yesterday night I felt the urge to rewatch the first episode, mostly cause I felt like I was missing something (and eventually ended up rewatching the whole series, but this is another story). Now that I can tell who is Jeno and who is Near without struggling (ngl, I was one of those who couldn't tell them apart), the first two episodes makes a lot more sense lol. Btw, I'm here (again, srsly I need a hobby) cause I start to get why I like this show so mutch. I mean, it has it's flaws, we all know that, but I can't help but being thrilled by every new episode. So let me talk about it cause this is the only place where I can do it. The boys, oh, I'm waaaay past my teenage years, so feeling this invested in a bunch of high school kids is not that good of a thing. As someone said in the comment section: they're high schoolers taking themselves too seriously. AND THIS IS IT. This is exactly what high schoolers do. I remember me being overly dramatic about /everything/. Fah's whole world falling apart when Paper refused him is /is the realest shit/. Chris, kind of a prodigy but lazy and struggling figuring out his future: oh, I felt that. That was a personal attack. Chris is probably my favourite character. And he's growing up, and blooming episode by episode. Near... honestly I couldn't care less of him lol sorry, I feel we don't know yet if smth happened to him, so we still don't know why he act so stiff with M. I mean, I get it, I would be mad too but I as well would listen the other part. But then again, teenagers lol Fah and Paper. They're the purest shit ever okay? Everything about them relaxes me to the point I don't even care about the plot holes. They're so sweet and caring and did I already say sweet? This kind of innocent yet strong love suits them so well, they're /adorable/. So, last but not least, the nostalgic vibe. For me is like a throwback, I can see my high school days in this series so I can relate to it even if I'm in my 30s. And tbh I'm so glad I let those days in the past cause the drama was real lol

I think that this is already the second chance for Sky and Paper, the very first scene was a sort of throwback to what happened before the events in the series. Follow my really tangled reasoning, it kinda has a point (?) Sky confessed his feelings to Paper once before, but Paper rejected him, pushed him into the pool and Sky almost drowned. Because of the incident, Sky lost his memories and doesn't remember confessing to Paper nor the incident itself. And, of course, nobody filled him up with what happened. This kinda explains why Paper is so considered with him, and why he "forgave" the kiss without too much drama (I was in awe, he's such a cutie pie ;w;). Tbh, I think that Paper is more afraid to loose Sky that in love with him, he nearly lost him before for rejecting him, so he's going to indulge Sky with his feelings. I mean, ofc Paper will eventually fall for Sky, but I don't think he's already there... So, talking about ep 4's last scene... I have no ducking clue. Something bad happened, okay, we got it, but was it intentional? I mean, we saw Sky with what appears to be a letter so what, a suicide note? I know I'm going too far right now, but this thought doesn't want to leave the back of my brain... mmmmaybe it's just an incident. Who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Okay so, let me over-analize the poster *insert clown emoji here* - THE COLOR: while in ITSAY the main color was red (as in Teh being main pov) here is blue so we will learn more about Oh-aew, and I'm not screaming, no. Trust me.
-THE COLOR pt2: so, Oh-aew as main pov BUT his hair is red, Teh's color. Pretty sure this states that they're one thing. Not only in a relationship, but as in one /thing/. They simply can't be apart.
-THE EYES: they're looking at each other. And that's it, they're literally screaming I LOVE YOU just with that.
-THE TITLE: I Promised You The Moon. What to say about it, it's just... perfect. Same melanchonic vibe of part 1, but this one goes forward cause it already sat the fact that Teh and Oh-aew are in a relationship.

Definitely better than the first 2 episodes, better chemistry and less pointless shouting at a each other faces. I'll just watch this show as it is: over the top and full of tropes and absurd situations that crak me up more that I'm willing to admit LOL

I really like it so far. It's so chill and light, only two episodes in and it already warms my heart. I think I needed smth without too much drama, to get cozy with, and this is what I was looking for. The plot so far is simple and kinda predictable but it's so chill that it might become some kind of comfort show to watch during ruff times
