OK let’s address what “Kinn did to Porsche” (I am paraphrasing). I am a lawyer in the UK. Let me tell you that in this jurisdiction what happened would be neither a SA or r@pe. The law on consent here with regard to intoxication says that you CAN give consent as long as you are not INCAPACITATED or being COERCED. If a court in this jurisdiction was to see the scene they would see Porsche touching Kinn’s crotch FIRST, telling him that he was going to show him “the real deal” and pulling him in for a strong kiss. Not once did he portray someone who was not willing to take part. Not once did he say “no”. Now in the book it was completely different, as we all know but again he kissed Kinn first. I, of course, cannot speak with any confidence on any other jurisdiction and their law on consent.
