I watched season 1 after season 2 announcement. One thing I don't understand is why Way is so weak. Isn't he an Enigma? He should be much more fierce than Babe. Look at the other Enigma. Way doesn't even want to fight Tony. Can anyone explain?

I have not watched the anime, I just like Jade and last week we saw he had an interaction with some unknown person, so I am eager.
