I feel the need to reply to this. One, before you come after me. This is my opinion as a gay man in my 20s.
I get where you are coming from, I really do. GMM has had a lot of issues, homophobia as one of them. But doesn't every company? Yes, it is also true that some dramas depict "unhealthy" relationships, but so do straight dramas. It's a show. There are still a lot of BL dramas that show real and raw relationships. You cannot just categorize everything together.
And what do you mean "travel outside your own country"? Every relationship is their own, everyone has a unique way. Just because 1 relationship looks like 1 way doesn't mean it's the proper way?
You comment this stuff, and my question is. Have you walked in a gay males shoes? Or anyone gay? Heck, are you gay? If not, then you have no room to talk. I have lived life fearing my death because of who I am, and I am in America. I have been held at g*n point just because of who I love. Don't you dare say you need to learn about life and gay rights. I fight for it everyday!
Wanna know the big reason I support BL? Even if some are unhealthy? Because we are being represented. I grew up seeing ZERO gay shows/movies. I grew up thinking I was wrong, that I was broken. If BL like this was around when I was growing up, it could have saved me A LOT of pain. It could have saved some of my friends who are now gone because they thought they were wrong. This could have saved them back then. Even if it's sometimes depicted wrong. It's still being depicted.
Maybe you should think before you comment things like that. Because you have to look at both sides of the coin before you can really judge something. Even if you deem it wrong, love. Because there is always a bigger picture. Always.
