I think gu’s father supports the empress and his boss (who he works for) supports the emperor. I think his boss knows gu holds grudges against his father so he is using gu to kill xiao. I think it’s not clear as to why Gu is following his boss’s orders even though he knows he isn’t a good person . I think his intention is not just go get promoted … i think he knows alot about alot of things which we don’t know lol

I feel the reason why they don’t trust her is because of her weak personality. And she can’t tell who is good and who isn’t. Not saying Pan’er and the other girls are perfect but she looks like someone who can easily be manipulated.

Not sure about the rating and how it works but for me this is the best drama of 2022. I mean We are only half way through the drama and we don’t know how the story is going to end but still this drama is the best of 2022 :)

I don’t know how Ye Hua is like as I haven’t seen that drama but Ning Yi is one of my fav drama characters. He was the reason why I enjoyed watching The Rise Of The Phoenixes so much. I also liked the two leads of The Untamed ! They were very good too in the drama. Loved their relationship.
