Re: main billing, I agree. I think he's had more screen time than Zhang JiKai at this point; I would have guessed Xiao MuEn was considered one of the leads if I didn't know better.

Xu Kai Cheng (got into a cheating schedule last year) recently had a drama, Got a Crush on You, pass review. A lot of people thought that drama would never see the light of day, but the fact that it was even submitted gives some hope. I think it's usually the actor's agency that make them lie low for awhile, rather than a proper blacklisting.

I'm assuming Song Weilong is the mentioned Khitan man.

Zhejiang TV's current prime time drama is Sweet and Cold, which will finish airing May 25th. Prosecution Elite received a distribution license after passing review rather than 'just' an online record number, indicating will be shown on TV. Based on this, I would say a May 26th premiere is more likely.
