it's not actually 3 different 59 episodes those are the dates airing in China TV. so, for example, one of them will be for online watchers, one of for a TV program and when its programmed to come out and the other one will be for a VIP watcher I guess is how you explain it. but it varies because normally dramas in china finish like a whole month after some online watchers.
This is just my opinion on what I think will happen. you do not have to read in case this might actually happen.
i think KMY's mum has a sister because in ep13 it was titled the tale of 2 sisters. and her sister would take her mums place in controlling her so I feel like KMY's mum was actually nice but she only remembers her aunt ( the head nurse) being overpowering. So I feel like it wasn't her mum that killed MGT and MST's mum it would have been the nurse. because no way would anyone survive a hit like KMY's mum had and since the body was gone I feel like it was the head nurse who had a secret door and removed the KMY's mum from their house. How would that patient even know where everywhere is in the house. because the nurse could remember everything and tell her where to go.
I swear the cast better be the same I loved how every character contributed to the story. BUT whos story will this be for, I'm so excited for it regardless!!!!

Yeah its a shame that they had subtitles until episode 24, they just stopped for no reason. its sad that the important bits are unsubbed which makes it difficult to watch.
if this wasn't too draggy I feel like this would have been good and the first season was 10x better in my opinion, as I would have rather a sad ending with S1 than having to watch this modern one. this is just my opinion I love these actors separately but together I don't see much chemistry, the only chemistry was from Wei Yong Qian and Lei Hao.
this is like the historical cdrama version of 'What's wrong with secretary Kim' because in the first episode the main lead girl cries after eating chilli very much similar to park min young's allergy to flowers XD
How is this related to Eternal Love (2017)? Is this a sequel? Should I watch that one first or it doesn't matter?
The only part of this that is related to the Eternal love (2017) is the characters and the places i.e Qing Qiu. you don't need to watch Eternal love to understand as that storyline wasn't based around Bai Feng jiu or Dong Hua it was more about Mo Huan and Bai Qian. The only part that somewhat related was Bai Qian getting married but besides that, you don't need the first season to understand this as its just a cameo apperance.
if your looking for something light-hearted to watch this is definitely it. the first few episodes released are funny to watch although the CGI isn't the best it kind of fits in the drama. honestly, I just recommend this its fun to watch to pass time. I mean you get to see Xu kai whos complaining? XD
