Although I almost hated the FL for being very nosy, annoying, and stubborn; it is all worth it to watch 50 eps bc of the hotttt guys and a really good ending. I really want to see more of Ximen and Xiaoyiu!
Shin Hye Sun is such an amazing actress! I didn’t know how good she was until she acted in here. In her other drama “thirty but seventeen”, she was such an innocent baby. She was cute and we all admire her personality. She was the total opposite when she played Lee Seo Yeon. After watching her act diverse roles, I realized just how passionate she is with acting. This just made me love her even more!(although I did hate her at first bc of the character she played in Legend of the blue sea lol). L did sometimes overreact but he was also the perfect fit for the role. His appearance and his overreactions best describe Kim Dan. Their chemistry was bomb and the plot was breathtaking. It kind of reminds me of Goblin where the them story is refreshing but the plot is used maybe once or twice in another show. I love how very in love they were. This is such a good drama! I love you drama! Lmao
Kang Woo’s lover is Yeon Seo’s mom!!! I’m sure of it!!! I may be wrong but the hints shown in the current episode points to Yeon Seo’s mom. My elaboration: first, Dan’s sunbae told Dan about Kang Woo’s love story and he said that it happened 15 years ago. Yeon Seo was too young to be Kang Woo’s lover because she is also 25 years old like Dan. How did I know they’re the same age? Well when Dan applied for the secretary job he said that he’s 25 and their flashback obviously shows that they’re the same age or almost the same age. Second, on ep 6 (the 1hr ep) Kang Woo showed us the ashes of his lover. The urn’s name is “Choi Seol Hee”. Yeon Seo’s aunt’s name is Choi Young Ja”. This reveals that Seol Hee and Young Ja are sisters and since they are sisters, Kang Woo’s lover is Yeon Seo’s mom!
Amazing drama! Characters are not boring and the ones who are in love with others actually give way to their loved ones and they don’t get annoying like the second leads of some dramas. Plot was magnificent and love scenes are to die for! The only thing that I didn’t really like was that Chang Ke Ai can get annoying sometimes. She’s kind of stubborn and I didn’t like how Yang Zi Ai gave up a lot while she doesn’t realize them until it’s too late. Besides that everything is good! If the writer just left out the very stubborn personality of Chang Ke Ai, then I think the drama is perfecterrrr! I find Liang Zi Jie and Jamie’s love story very cute! I want a whole separate drama just for them!
Chang Ke Ai reminds me of Yang Mi and Yang Zi (Yang Mi and Yang Zi actually kind of look the same lol). She also looks kind of like Seohyun from gg in some angles.
Meanwhile, Yang Zi Hao reminds me a lot of Darren Wang. He looks a bit like Kim Min Kyu and Kim Kyung Nam. He actually reminds me of a lot of celebrities but I forgot. Lol.
1. laughter in Waikiki - very funny but under appreciated probably because the romance is very light 2. Terius behind me - omggg has never failed to make me smile but for some reason many people did not know about this drama 3. Marriage contract - I hesitated at first because It wasn’t really relatable and I was thinking that it’s kind of an old people drama BUT I did not know that this drama would get me hooked and eventually took me out from a drama slump 4. Meloholic - ugghhh I just don’t understand why people r sooo against this drama (maybe because of some inappropriate scenes) cuz it was just PERFECT! 5. Chicago Typewriter- I saved the best for last. It’s such an inspiring drama with Yoo Ah In’s beautiful face! I cannot describe just how perfect this is! THIS NEEDS MORE LOVE!!!!!!! I love the friendship and the love story. It was really hard to hate Go Gyung Pyo and seeing the main characters together would make me tear up.
THE BEST DRAMA EVER!!!!! I was in a drama slump until I found this gem! I’m not a very big fan of legal dramas and I came here thinking that a romance between them would bloom, but I never thought that it would leave such big spot in me. The ost’s are soo touching and the whole drama is just funny. Whenever I watch a legal drama, I would usually skip a lot of scenes (specifically the legal part) because I would always feel bored, but for the first time ever I have never skipped a scene. I still wish that there would be romance between the leads tho cuz their chemistry is just everything ;/ that’s the only disappointing part (probably because I watch kdramas specifically for the romance in it lol)
I really love how the director filmed this! I thought it’d be like those not so expensive dramas with bad cgi and quality, but it’s really good! And I love how it’s not very heavy on politics! It’s really hard to find a gem like this!
It’s actually too light hearted than what I expected it to be. I thought it was gonna be that type of drama where the flow of the story stays constant at the beginning and hits the climax like a lightning, but it’s actually very light. It’s good for new kdrama watchers or for anybody who just wants to waste their time. The main leads have good chemistry but Yoon Hee and Moon Hyuk’s romance caught my attention. I am rooting for them and I really hope that they’ll get a proper ending :)
