This was a really cute movie. After watching so many dramas and movies that make you think like an adult, this movie was really refreshing. Sometimes we just have to go back to our childhood days and enjoy life as is rather than being serious 24/7. Was a good distraction from my mental illnesses and life issues too.
the synopsis literally said he was facing SEXUAL ASSAULT .....that was PART of the storyline. You guys forget…
I've seen more people enjoy this and think it's was good because they thought this was BDSM and not rape/Stockholm. My comment was directed towards those people not you , just saying
So this was disturbing to say the least. Guys let me tell you the difference between BDSM and Rape. In BDSM even when the sex is rough or humiliating it's still has to have consent and safe words, partners need to say what they're comfortable with and what they don't enjoy and so forth. Rape is when there's absolute no consent.
This movie was not BDSM at all, because it lacked the key foundations of it. It was pure rape and then in the last half it showed the main character developing "feelings" for his rapist. That my friends is Stockholm Syndrome. It is NOT love.
I don't understand why people romantices relationships with rape and abuse. Because the entire movie was just a big NO.
I feel like people just saw the sex toys and naked men and through away their common sense.
Like common, Japan is great at showing sexual content but they need to freaking understand the difference between Rape/Sexual abuse and sex (of all kinds). It's annoying and frustrating that consent is still lacking in the media especially since this came out in 2020.
It felt too short and slightly rushed. If it was a drama, then it would've been amazing. There was a lot of smexy chest touching and speaking with eyes scenes going on 😂 ngl I felt like I was intruding on some private moments 🙈 Overall tho I still enjoyed it, couldn't look away from the screen the entire time. Time to read the manga 😁

But there are other dramas I do want to add

To me, these were the dumbest female leads, just wanted to smack them everytime they came on screen

So many "sexy hand touching chest" moments in the movie 😍😍
I wish they made it into a series tho
