Any chance they introduce another female that has feelings for BS and JI starts getting jealous and realizes her true feelings for him? At this point might as well lol, add some extra cliche to this train wreck.
I am not upset. My parents are 11 years apart, grandparents 16 and great-grandparents 24...Still, the rival makes…
I never said that someone that's older by 20 plus years and are chasing someone younger are creeps. I said the way this guy behaves like a creep make this age gap show. If the 2LD wasn't so immature, with self-esteem, someone that knows more about life and love because he obviously has more experience and wasn't acting like a stalker, creep and obsessed person the I'm sure none of us would have a problem at all.
I mentioned in one of my earlier post that I'm also watching "The rational life" (waiting for subs) were the age gap is almost 20 years but it works because the chemistry between them. Also I was probably one of the few that enjoyed "Dating in the kitchen" were the gap was big as well. So trust I don't mind age gaps in dramas whatsoever.

I completely agree with you. Yes I admit I've been one of the few to complain about having this guy as a love rival. But you have explained it way better than I could. I have nothing against olde male, younger female or vice-versa. But when they act as creeps, stalkers, obsessed and more immature than their counterparts then yes the age does show and to me it becomes a problem.
Okay so the last 20 mins were insane. The real Vincenzo showed up and it was amazing. But to tell you the truth the thing I liked the most was Cha Young telling him to make them pay. She didn't tried to stop or calm him down. That one line "Make them pay" added fuel to the fire lol. Cause you could see his eyes change once he got her approval. Thumbs-up to the Consigliere's wifey.
I do wanna say I know I've been critical in my last couple of post of having the old dude as the love rival. I do not mind age gaps in dramas whatsoever but in here in my opinion it just doesn't work. For example I've been watching The rational life (waiting for subs) and the age gap between them doesn't bother me at all, Quin Lan looks beautiful for her age and she has good chemistry with Dylan Wang. Same with the Sword and the brocade, Wallace looks good for his age and has good chemistry with Seven. Here were are talking almost a 25 year gap, is just to much. Like someone mentioned obviously she is never going to see him that way cause she probably thinks of him as a father figure lmao or brother. If they wanted to add a love rival they should of casted someone in their 30's at least make it more compelling.
It really does bother me that they have him as the love rival. Like I previously said I don't mind some love competition but at least pick someone that looks younger. The guy looks like her father or uncle. I don't mind age gap but this is way to obvious, she is wayyy to pretty for that old dude. Is just to creepy in my opinion.
I really hope not. I agree with you on him looking way too old to be a love rival. So I hope they don’t go that…
Seen all 8 and he gave me that vibe. I don't mind some love competition but come on dude looks like her dad or uncle lol. And she is wayyyyyy to beautiful for that old dude lol.
Its not a break up, but a fight and Mo Fei eventually calms down. Anyway, the fight lasts an episode.
The cousin of Ming Xuan explained the whole situation about the sick sister to Mo Fei, that's why this problem wasn't dragged on and Mo Fei was able to calm down. It looks like the couple will make up on ep 36 according to the trailer.
But if it wasn't for the cousin explaining, I have no idea how long this misunderstanding would of dragged on cause let me tell you Ming Xuan is acting so dense and immature right now is not even funny.
he was not engaged because he wanted to, he was forced to. i don't think he should be the blame, but Qian. She…
One thing for sure if it wasn't for the cousin explaining the whole thing this would dragged on for a while. And yes they were never, ever engaged he said it and the cousin explained it to her, that it was her aunt, his mom wishful thinking. She wanted him to marry the sick girl for a business partnership and straight up refused.
