Certainly, their conflict originated from that specific individual. In an intriguing conversation between Duo Duo and Su Yu, Duo Duo amusingly highlighted the fact that both she and Wu Bi share a mutual "inner struggle."
In the live session yesterday, fans posed the question to XB, "Is there a second season?" and he nodded in affirmation. This serves as the response to all inquiries regarding Season 2.

Do you know why Wu Bi waits for Su Yu to come back? Look at the very end of ep 24, the image of the 3 shovels.
- Duo Duo uses one of the shovels, using it twice.
- Su Yu uses another shovel, using it three times: - The first time, they bury notes together. - The second time, Su Yu secretly reads Wu Bi's note. - The third time, Su Yu takes away Wu Bi's note using the same shovel.
- Wu Bi uses the third shovel, also using it twice: - The first time, they bury notes together. - The second time, when Wu Bi wakes up and can't find Su Yu anywhere, he remembers Su Yu 's note. He then digs out the box and discovers the meaning of Su Yu 's note. He realizes that Su Yu has taken his note with him.
As a result, Wu Bi firmly believes that Su Yu will not abandon him , and he trusts that they will eventually meet. Because of this, he leaves his things in the house untouched and keeps Su Yu's message without deleting it (according to the lyrics)
According to the lyrics of the new OST, it seems that Wu Bi is expressing his unwavering devotion to someone. The lyrics mention "waiting foolishly, even in the face of heavy rain, and repeatedly scrolling through messages without being able to delete them."
Later, Wu Bi wakes up and returns to the courtyard only to discover that Su Yu and his family have moved out. There are even rumours circulating that Su Yu has passed away. Despite this, Wu Bi continues to live in the courtyard, foolishly waiting for Su Yu to come back.
At the end of Season 1, Wu Bi's room and belongings are still present in the courtyard. This sets the stage for Season 2 of "Brother, don't run away." He will be waiting for Su Yu for eight years...
I've observed that many individuals are comparing "Stay With Me" and "Addicted," and questioning aspects like censorship, remakes, Bromance or BL themes, and more. Irrespective of the content, the version you're currently viewing of "Stay With Me" showcases Xu Bin and Jiong Min. Have you ever taken a moment to consider the immense effort the entire crew has poured into crafting such a beautifully executed show? Instead of dwelling on comparisons and posing seemingly trivial inquiries, let's channel our energy into showing genuine appreciation and unwavering support for the team as they embark on another spectacular journey in Season 2. Here's to the entire team's well-being and high spirits. May they find happiness and fulfilment in all their endeavours, wherever they may be.
I find myself unable to shake off the impact of "Stay with Me." It occupies my thoughts as I sleep, accompanies me during meals, and lingers in my mind while I work. It's becoming apparent that Wu Bi and Su Yu will have a lasting influence on me for quite some time.
I am currently re-watching episode 5, specifically the scene from 27:04 to 28:40. It is without a doubt the most delightfully gay bicycle riding scene in the history of BL.
We are eagerly awaiting the release of the official OST from the show. While watching the reaction video from XB and JM on Twitter, we were able to hear a snippet of the female singing version at the end. The songs featured in the show are truly beautiful and complement the overall atmosphere perfectly. Producer...can you hear us???
That wraps up the first season of "Stay With Me". It was truly heart-wrenching to witness Wu Bi lying there, devoid of emotions, in Su Yu' s arms. We can only hope that the second season will bring us the true happiness we've been longing for, with a satisfying marriage ending. A heartfelt thank you to the entire cast for their outstanding performances. We wish everyone good health and eagerly await your return to work on season two.
"Stay with Me" has been profound, taking me on an enchanting voyage through a spectrum of emotions. I have revisited episodes 1 through 20 multiple times, and with each viewing, I find myself shedding tears akin to that of a child.
The moments that continue to move me include Su Yu's father sharing their family's situation with Wu Bi, the poignant scene of Wu Bi observing the family's kindness toward Ms. Zhou during a rainy day, the heart-rending instance of Su Yu departing with his luggage and the tear-filled gaze exchanged with Wu Bi. Equally touching is the scene where Wu Bi comes to apologize to Su Yu for his actions, and the powerful moment when Su Yu affectionately addresses Ms. Zhou as "mom."
Amidst these emotional junctures, there have been instances of pure joy and elation, particularly when the two triumph together in the school's sports festival, engaging in synchronized activities like the trampoline routine. The depth of my sentiments for this show is such that I could talk about it endlessly.
As the last two episodes are scheduled for tomorrow, I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire crew for crafting such a remarkable production. Special recognition goes to the lead actors who have evoked in me feelings of sadness, joy, happiness, and even fear over the past few weeks. May everyone enjoy good health, and I eagerly anticipate the prospect of a Season 2.
PS: I hope they also release the original soundtrack (OST) as all the soundtracks have been truly exceptional.
