I totally agree. I was very glad they didn't show the accident and the initial grief and shock. I think that's what made it bearable for me to watch. I thought the second couples ending was great but it didn't feel as happy as it could have. Maybe they didn't want to go overboard given the sad tone of this episode.

Yes exactly :-) I watched another show where they hinted he might die but I had 110% belief he would make it. He didn't nearly killed me. I'm actually grateful for the spoilers this time I think. Fighting!

I was really shocked when I saw the spoilers and felt absolutely devastated. I’ve just finished watching and it was very sad but I’m ok. I think the actors have done a great job to help us experience the feelings of the characters along the away and I would watch the end episode again.
