a few hours later and I’ve had time to think about the ending…
if you’re a BL fan you most likely won’t like it (there is no redemption really or a clear hea actually there is no hea at all). if you’re a horror or thriller fan, you might like it. to me, the ending felt very rushed, but I got it. or at least what I’m interpreting.
everyone here minus white was in the wrong in someway although Non gets more of a pass… he is in no means perfect but compared to what some of the others did he gets a tiny pass.
who I really feel for is White. white didn’t deserve any of this.
I’ve watched 3 series recently that dealt with heavy mental health topics and sadly none of them really fleshed out those types of topics nor either did them justice nor proper awareness. now not everyone is going to agree with that. sometimes the bullies win. sometimes they don’t that’s real life. but, this is also a series, and we watch series usually to escape. we, or at least I, watch series in a twisted way to write wrongs especially when the real world can’t for whatever reason. so I’m sad we didn’t get the ending I would have wanted, but I also understand this ending, albeit it could have been fleshed out more and not as rushed.

i waited for this series to finish so i could binge watch it because i heard good things, but now after the last…
I was just talking to a friend about this. if you’re looking for any sort of redemption or even a happy ending I wouldn’t watch it. if you are into thrillers and open endings then it’s not the worst thing out there.
personally with such heavy topics in this series I would have liked a better more rounded ending but that’s just me.
I keep seeing comments saying cooper is leaving for two years… are we talking about the actor leaving to go to the UK for two years or Jin in the show which was established

yeah there was zero explanation which had me scratching my head as to why people loved it so much and rated it so high. yes acting and story are amazing. same with cinematography, but we are missing a key part here.
