He's ridiculously hot and killing it in his supporting role in Lovely Love Lie. I hope he gets a lead role sometime soon. By the way, he looked so familiar but I had to look up his bio to remember he's part of the Kpop group, UNIQ. If you think he's cute, check out their MVs for more of his swag. In the dance practice video for their latest single, EOEO, he makes quite an impression at minute 2:40. ;) https://youtu.be/cS-ODworpaI
Contrary to what others are writing, I actually like this drama. The main couple were a bit awkward together, but I like them individually. To me, the actress had more chemistry with the second lead (who is very hot!), but I saw the J version of this and am prepared for how it's gonna end. Despite all those things, I still really enjoy the show. Could also be that I was just in the mood to watch a light drama like this. But I love Hyun Woo as an actor, Joy is really refreshing in this role, and it's a fun story. Also second lead Lee Seo Won and singer Kim Sung Joo provide serious eye candy. ;) Anyway, I'm just finding the other comments to be more critical than the show warrants.
So so so so good!!! I've seen a lot of Kdramas this year, and this one is the best so far. Such a cool storyline, and the acting is brilliant. Great OTP chemistry, too! But my favorite part has to be the bromance. I savor every minute of these episodes.
This drama is a 10/10 for me. It has everything - romance, humor, intrigue, action. The main couple are both terrific actors, and they have great chemistry. Even the second leads are likeable and appealing! The "bad guys" are so bad, they're good. It's a great story, with good plot and pacing. If you're a fan of Park Bo Gum, this is a must watch! He's SO GOOD in this.
I was immediately addicted from the first episode. Love this show! I just watched episode 10 - no spoilers, but I will say - so swoon-worthy! Can't wait to watch more!
Here's a better synopsis: Hyojoo’s character is a surgeon; her father is a doctor but also a comic book artist in his free time. Jongsuk’s character is the main character in that comic. One day, she finds out that the main character will be killed off and enters the world of comics to save him.
This show is SOOOO good. I just finished episode 4, and my rating so far is 10/10. Everything - storyline, directing, editing, acting, OTP chemistry - is so ON POINT. Song Joong Ki is such a good actor. My only problem is that he's so distracting that I keep missing important parts of the story since I'm just staring at his beautiful face. :) I have to keep rewinding and rewatching scenes! If you're not watching this show - you should be. If it continues to be this good, I predict it'll be one of the highlights of 2016 - if not the best of the year.
